The Data Dive: Understand How to Improve Your Member Communications

What do you do with all the data you’re collecting on current and prospective members who visit your organization’s website, social media platform, surveys, etc.?

This information is a gold mine for your ability to understand and make strategic decisions on how to improve your member communications and build a strong strategic communications plan. This presentation will:

    • Educate, engage and encourage you about how to use data to develop and drive a stronger communications program that will help attract and retain members.
    • Teach you what the PESO model is and how you'll use it to improve member communications.
    • Understand how to develop and build an ongoing communications campaign to improve your organization’s online presence.
Ann Marie Mayuga, partner at AMM Communications, will give you a practical and doable plan that you, your team and volunteer board will be able to understand and implement.
