She has fulfilled multiple volunteer leadership roles for over 17 years to help nonprofits achieve their mission.  After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University, Rhonda completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications.
