Rhonda Travers is a dynamic leader with 30 years of corporate expertise and a passion for fostering collaboration and growth. As Founder & President of Travers Training & Consulting, Rhonda ignites teams and drives results for businesses and nonprofits. Rhonda's approach blends business acumen and proven strategies with relevant techniques to elevate engagement, retention, and productivity. Whether through People Advisory Services, Training & Leadership Development Workshops, or Speaking Engagements, Rhonda’s mission is to transform organizations and empower individuals.

Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. She has fulfilled multiple volunteer leadership roles for over 17 years to help nonprofits achieve their mission.  After earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University, Rhonda completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications.
