    For decades, association and service club leaders have struggled with dwindling memberships. The response has been focusing on the "crisis" of membership, rather than the opportunities that this crisis presents.

    This presentation will focus on the following;
    1. How we respond to crisis - in this case the membership crisis
    2. The need to focus on why we exist rather than how we exist
    3. Embracing the future of a world that will be different for associations and service clubs

    Our Speaker:

    Arrey Obenson
    General Secretary
    Junior Chamber International Inc.

    Arrey Obenson serves as JCI Secretary General and comes to this position after serving as a JCI World Headquarters team member since February 2002.
